"A Fat Sandwich"

My husband, my father in law, and myself stopped for a meal, my husband and father in law had the hot turkey sandwich, my husband's sandwich was about half of it was just fat and the dressing had so much savory neither of them could eat it, and the gravy was very poor on all three meals I think it was can gravy. Very poor meal for the price, will not return.

Fries not fully cooked and gravy watery. Needs to be updated looks worn and dirty. Food took a long time to get to us.Not alot of food on your plate, I ordered a soup with my meal. I had about 4 teaspoons of veggies and a few pieces of chicken the rest was broth.

usually enjoy, menu is overdue for a redo, "toasted" coconut cheesecake was very dense with "flaked" coconut sprinkled on top, unappetizing and unattractive and it's time to put away those cookie sticks they are sooo been there..done that, penne dish flat and over cooked, still have a groupon but will wait a few months to use, hopefully the menu will be changed up

The food was good, but it took them a long time to bring it to me keeping in mind that I was the only one there. Been there three times and my experience got worse at every visit. The price is too high for the experience you get. Probably the worst experiences I've had in St. John's.

Probably the most friendly staff in St. John's, the service was great.
I had the duck with veggies covered with balsamic vinegar, the phyllo wrapped brie (that was awesome)and the phyllo wrapped desert is a must try! And the portions were excellent.
Though the decor is a little bit out-dated but it doesn't matter when you are enjoying everything else. However, it is a bit over priced.

We asked to be served, after waiting and watching three other tables get waited on (all of whom arrived) after us, when we asked if we could be served...the waitress pointed in my face and screamed " You do not have to talk to me like that!!!" And stormed off....We left...and will never return again, nor will we ever recommend this hole to anyone.....

We ate in at stavanger drive and the server seemed to get annoyed by everything we were never visited we had to go and ask for anything up at the seating desk and they were getting annoyed we asked for sauce and waited for it and called out to the girl a few times and she didnt listen than left and didnt tell a server we were her table so we had to go ask by the time we all got our meals drinks and dipping sauce our meals were cold

Hard to put into words how amazing our meals were. The atmosphere...warm, welcoming, friendly. You have to go there! The food is absolutely decadent! We were a party of 3. We shared the halibut, salmon, and chicken dishes and finished it off with Parsnip Cake and Screech Torte! Can't wait to go back! And I will go back!!

My wife and I eat here often for lunch. The food is always great, only once was my fish overcooked slightly out of about a dozen visits. The pizza is amazing no matter what you choose. For diner the prices seem to jump up a nice bit more, from around the $15 each range at lunch to around $30+. But my god those beers are good. The St. John's stout is like a guiness, but with less "Punch you in the face" strong flavor,if you know what I mean.
