With the best view in the city, this restaurant has been lack-lustre for quite a while. Can remember going there for a fantastic buffet brunch a few years ago, but over the past few years I've only gone 2 or 3 times and have been barely impressed. The atmosphere was more like a boardroom decor, but the view is second to none in the city. The service was friendly and adequate, but the food was average at best - certainly nothing memorable. Some may have had better experiences here, but sadly I leave here commenting mostly on the view and little else.
