Love online ordering, restaurant services has been lacking Overall Food Value Service Atmosphere I have enjoy ordering online from Swiss Chalet for the past couple of years, but my 2 most recent visits at the Aberdeen Ave. location were very poor in service. On our most recent visit, our server was, from the time we were seated, rushed almost to the point of impatient with us. Any "extras", such as water, more napkins, coffee refills, etc., we had to ask for more than once, as our server seemed very preoccupied and somewhat annoyed when we'd politely ask her something. We were surprised when she brought us our bill with the desserts we'd ordered (we had not asked for our bill yet), never returning to see if we liked them, or to give us coffee, which we were planning to have. A couple at the table next to us also seemed to be having a similar experience, as we could hear and observe their displeasure with the same server we had. The food was the same great Swiss Chalet taste and quality, but the service seems to have suffered, based on my experience. If you can overlook poorly-trained, preoccupied staff for an entire meal, then you may otherwise enjoy the great food that Swiss Chalet provides.
