We weren't even staying at the Fairmont but a friend suggested we give the Cabot Club a try, and it was worth the trip. My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of the evening but the best part in my opinion is the table-side flambe service that they offer. Having your food flambeed right at your table guarantees some fresh dishes. The food was cooked just right and the atmosphere was perfect; not too noisy or bright and very conducive to good conversation. The service was great as well. We'll be going back for our anniversary I think, because the prices can get a little steep so it's best to go on special occasions.
